As born educator and lifelong learner, Kat is passionate about helping all types of real estate buyers and sellers. She also has a special niche in working with military families since marrying a veteran in the year 2000.

  • Former K-8th grade math teacher in the ISD#196 school district.
  • Since 2010 Kat has volunteered with south metro Beyond The Yellow Ribbon networks to support military families experiencing a deployment.
  • Besides finding her dream career as a real estate agent, Kat loves spending time with her family, cooking, home decor, reading, being active outdoors or in fitness, and traveling.

Being up to date on market trends and the latest industry practices is an important part of our quality customer service delivery. That's why we have a comprehensive education and coaching program with classes taught by experienced real estate industry professionals. Our program runs the gamut from our Foundation Builder program for new sales associates, to our Master's Series courses for our experienced agents.

Whether it is coaching youth sports, delivering meals, or supporting the local food shelf, it enhances the quality of life for those in need. We also have formalized community outreach through the Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation where our mission is to Support housing-related needs of people, at all stages of life, in the communities we serve.

Communities I Serve
Coldwell Banker Burnet sales associates serve the entire 13 county twin cities metropolitan area from offices conveniently located throughout the metro. Our metro area coverage includes an office in Hudson, Wisconsin, and we serve a significant portion of western Wisconsin from that office. We also serve the greater Rochester and St. Cloud, Minnesota areas from our offices located in those towns. We are licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and can transact real estate business anywhere in those two states.
